I had looked for a CranioSacral practitioner in Mexico City early on in my trip with no success. Maybe divine intervention that I happen to be near a friend at the sauna while she was talking to someone about having CS sessions.. she referred me to Ceiba.

As a CS practitioner myself I understand that CS isn’t for everyone both as a receiver, but more so as a practitioner, it takes control of the mind and a sensitivity of touch. You must separate thoughts of what you think should happen or what the person needs and purely just listen to the body on an intuitive level, which takes a lot in this day and age… CS when performed right is a beautiful magical thing!

Ceiba has the touch and it seems she has honed it for years, which is what it takes to read people’s bodies from subtle pulses.. I knew from the moment walking in the door. I could feel her energy, grounded and tranquil.

With in 15 I went to sleep? ..if can even call it that.. it’s some space between wake, relaxation and sleep. In massage sometimes people avoid this space cause they want to feel what they paid for (or maybe they want some semblance of control..) but really in this space there’s the most room for healing.. full surrender to the flow. The session was beautiful! I only wished i had discovered her earlier in my trip.. next time I will go every other day!

Up there with ayauaska , this is one of the best ways to unwind things stuck in the phycological spiral that may be holding us back or steering us into the same unconscious limiting patterns.. but you must surrender for it to do its work. 💜

I have found the sessions to be deeply relaxing and I've been sleeping better too. I would definitely recommend and I will continue to go myself :)
